Eligible bookings can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the original service time without a cancellation penalty from Pyramids Transfer M.S.A. Actual verified payment processing costs that are not returned may be deducted where applicable.
The right vehicle category
Choose according to the displayed number of people and luggage capacity. A similar vehicle within the selected category or a higher category may be provided without an additional charge.
Clear price and confirmation
Booking prices are calculated in British Pounds. Other currencies may be displayed as estimates for easier comparison, while checkout shows the applicable amount and payment currency. Once accepted, a confirmation is issued showing the booking and payment status.

Airport and point-to-point transfers

Hourly Chauffeur Service
Keep a vehicle and driver available for appointments, business schedules, shopping, sightseeing or flexible movement during the day.
Select a pickup location, starting time, vehicle category and a duration from 1 to 12 hours. You do not need to choose a fixed final destination.

How do I book a transfer?
Enter your pickup point and destination, choose the date and time, then select a vehicle category suitable for the number of people and luggage. Review the booking details and complete checkout using the available payment method shown for your booking. Once accepted, a confirmation is issued showing the booking and payment status.
What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
When the correct flight number is provided, our team monitors the confirmed flight and adjusts the driver’s arrival according to the verified landing time. Complimentary airport waiting for Transfer begins from the verified actual landing time.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Eligible Transfer or Hourly booking dates or meeting times may be moved to a later time when more than six hours remain and the applicable change conditions are met. Separately, eligible bookings may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the original service time without a cancellation penalty from Pyramids Transfer M.S.A. Actual verified payment processing costs that are not returned may be deducted where applicable.
Can I request child seats or other extras?
Transfer and Hourly bookings can include up to two child seats where offered. Add the extras shown for the selected service, such as child seats, Meet and Greet, additional waiting time or a stop where available.
Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
Customer Support will contact you using the details provided with your booking and coordinate the meeting arrangements until you meet the driver. Meet and Greet may also be selected as an extra where available.
How much complimentary waiting time is included?
Transfer bookings include two complimentary waiting hours: from the verified actual landing time for an airport pickup, or from the confirmed meeting time for another pickup. Additional waiting may be selected for Transfer during booking or coordinated later with Customer Support, subject to availability and agreed additional payment.
How do I choose the right vehicle category?
Check the maximum number of people and luggage capacity displayed for each category. If you need assistance choosing a suitable category, contact Customer Support before completing the booking.
Can I book an outward and return journey together?
Yes. You can enter the outward and return journey details within one booking. The cancellation control applies to the complete booking.
