Information we do not normally request

The standard booking process does not request a passport or identity-card image, date of birth, health information or continuous live GPS location. Do not place unnecessary sensitive information in free-text notes. For special assistance, provide only what is reasonably needed to arrange the service.

Information about other people

A customer may book for another person or include accompanying adults and children. The customer must have authority to provide their information and explain its use. The adult making the booking is responsible for limited child age-band or seat information needed for the service.

How and why we use personal data

  • Create and secure accounts and support Google Sign-In.
  • Record payment, collection, refund and accounting states and prevent duplicate or fraudulent activity.
  • Coordinate pickup, Meet and Greet, flight monitoring, Transfer waiting, drivers and customer support.
  • Arrange child seats, pets in suitable carriers and accessibility assistance.
  • Send confirmations, account information, service updates and responses.
  • Protect the website, accounts, customers, staff and payment processes.
  • Measure approved public website performance only when optional analytics is enabled and accepted.
  • Meet record-keeping, fraud-prevention and other applicable obligations.

Reasons that permit processing

We process data when needed to take booking steps requested by the customer or perform a confirmed service; when the customer makes a clear optional choice; when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, service improvement or claims; and when records must be kept or disclosed for an applicable obligation.

Marketing preferences

The marketing choice during booking is optional and separate from purchase. A customer may withdraw it at any time through the published contact channel. Withdrawal does not affect operational booking, account or refund communications. A limited consent or suppression record may remain so the current choice can be respected.

Who may receive personal data

We share personal data only when reasonably needed. Recipients may include our staff and drivers, PayPal, Google services selected by the customer, providers that support hosting, security, communications and email delivery, professional advisers, Analytics providers when enabled with consent, and authorities where disclosure is required.

A driver receives only the booking and contact information reasonably needed to perform and coordinate the service.

PayPal and Google

PayPal processes online payments under its own privacy and cookie information when PayPal checkout is used.

Google Maps and related location services support address search, place selection, map display and route calculation. Google may receive the search text, place identifiers, coordinates, route points, IP address, device or browser information and request data needed for those functions.

Google Identity Services processes the sign-in interaction when a customer selects Google Sign-In. Google Analytics is used only when it is available and the visitor accepts optional Analytics cookies.

Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide services, manage payments and refunds, maintain business and accounting records, protect security, respond to support requests or complaints, handle claims, and meet applicable obligations.

Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the reason it is needed. We review retained information and limit access to people who need it for their work.

Retained data may be separated, restricted or anonymized where appropriate.

Privacy choices and requests

Depending on the circumstances, a person may ask whether data is held; request access or a copy; correct or complete inaccurate data; request deletion or restriction; object to particular processing; or withdraw prior consent.
